recently purchased a PMD-430 on ebay. Unfortunately, the playback, rew, ff,=
are all sluggish to respond, and the autostop pretty much doesn't work (ma=
ybe once out of 15 times). It sounds to me like it needs servicing, since w=
hen I get it to play it sounds just fine. Does anyone have any suggestions =
about where they can be sent to servicing? Shall I just call Marantz USA se=
rvice line (201-762-6666)? If anyone has advice, I'd be very thankful.

I repair them, but for what it will cost you can buy them a flash recorder =
that will be so much better.
