Hi all, A question on a side--I am trying to get the kids into the fun! and have recently purchased a PMD-430 on ebay. Unfortunately, the playback, rew, ff, are all sluggish to respond, and the autostop pretty much doesn't work (maybe once out of 15 times). It sounds to me like it needs servicing, since when I get it to play it sounds just fine. Does anyone have any suggestions about where they can be sent to servicing? Shall I just call Marantz USA service line (201-762-6666)? If anyone has advice, I'd be very thankful. cheers, Vlad |
