I'm afraid that I cannot find all the files of the various recorders that I=
 have tested so far.

Though, here are the files for the Tascam DR-08 and DR-680 that I recorded =
yesterday:

The first section contains the -62.5 dBu reference signal and the second se=
ction represents the (unfiltered) self noise floor with a 150 ohm terminati=
on resistor at the microphpone input.

Noise floor spectra of the two recorders created in Avisoft-SASLab Pro look=
 like this:

It can be seen that the DR-08 exhibits a strong 1/f (pink) noise component =
that is typical for low-power FET op amps.
