t Date: Tue Apr 6, 2010 11:06 am ((PDT)) Thanks Vicki, yes always a dilema, microphone or brush! The brush gets the = nod on the really windy days. Working in snow, you just paint a little quic= ker, although i was out recording last weekend in -12 deg c, which played h= avoc with the batteries! My=A0mic is a Rode NT4,=A0a bit low on sensitivity but seems to do a pretty= good job. I had 2 rode NT1A's on order but the supplier discovered they di= dnt have them in stock after paying for them, so i ended up with the NT4.= =A0 The recorder is a FOSTEX FR2LE I am waiting for a RODE blimp to arrive, so currently using just the black = sponge which isnt great, actually its terrible! cheers Mark =A0Mark Brennan Fine Art www.markbrennanfineart.ca |
