Hi Shirane It's me again, Phil. I have the MixPre and in the end got the Sound Devices CS3 bag, which is wh= at they sell for the MixPre. I have found it very good, not cheap. It allows easy access to either side = of the MixPre through velcro sealing openings. While the front pocket is a = great place to stuff the recorder and a few bit's and bobs like spare cells= for the MixPre, there is an opening in the bottom of the front pocket you = can pass the cables through to your recorder. The clear fold over cover is = very useful at keeping out any rain and dust, while allowing you to see the= meters. The shoulder strap is great being nicely padded and long enough to= wear across the shoulders. There may be more economical solutions out there which others might be able= to offer up? Phil |
