My soundcard has lost an input channel (mono only now :( ) and I was thinking of getting another so i could transfer my minidisc files. However it is probably more useful to get a pocket sized recorder to replace my minidisc and just USB in. I want both internal mics and to be able to plug in my own mics - mics that I've happily been using directly in to my Sony MZ R700. The Sony PCM m10 looks about the best value for my price range - any disagreement there? And does anyone know of a good supplier in (or to) Australia? thanks, Greg |
