Mac OS X:
Amadeus Pro has a nice spectrogram feature that will play the audio and
show the cursor in sync - The capture can be done with e.g iShowU.
Linux:
Baudline may also work, but from memory I dont think its in exact sync.
Windows:
Anyone still using that?
Spectrolab or similar.
Also take a look at the software defined radio applications.
