Yes. It is a Tekkeon mp3300 and the Edirol R09HR ( a small recorder)
only uses about a third of the power in one night's recording. During
February when the temperature was 20 degrees F at night it might have
used half of the Tekkeon's power but I never measured it quantitatively
except for noting how many of the battery pack's power indicator lights
were used.
