I did not realise we are only welcome to share positive experience, not 
negative, on this list. Possibly that's why I got into trouble in the first 
place. But I would anyway hate to think that someone left the group over this. 
Martyn I don't know what you wrote in private but perhaps it should have been 
directed at me instead. I think Mike was only expressing that he found my post 
helpful. I received an offlist mail from another member also thanking me for 
sharing the information. I know you may have some personal feelings towards 
Doug, and probably you were concerned that this would become a long 
conversation. I assure you that it won't, as I have no intention of discussing 
the issue. I simply shared the fact of the matter about which there is no 
disagreement. My intention was only to contribute to the list.

Perhaps there is a way that you and Mike could make up and Mike be invited back 
to the list?
