Hi,
    http://www.urlme.net/blog/?p=3D841

Is a demo of a sphere mic Ive recently been experimenting with, there are t=
wo mp3 files, one with EQ the other without. Edirol R09HR + diy mics.

The one with EQ used parametric EQ to remove some of the road noise, but th=
e plane that passes at 1 minute 30 seconds into the recording would need a =
tracking filter of some kind. Budget wise DINR is off the scale. I did brea=
k the golden rule of wearing synthetic clothing while recording, my jacket =
is clearly heard at the start of the recording rustling as I increase the g=
ain :(

-Mike.

aeroplane noise. Your recording sounded great! It will take me time to und=
erstand what you have said, as I have not used any software yet. I will sta=
rt a new thread about that.

I am trying to get the general forest ambience, including whichever species=
are active. My tests are a bit rough so far so I am shy to post a sample! =
Certainly there have been crows, and a bird which is called here Uguisu (I =
don't know in English. That one has a very lovely sound!)
