Hi Justin-- Not currently, though some are attempting this "solution." Such sounds generate frequencies that spread across the first 6-7 octaves of the audible spectrum. Ear plugs are pretty successful. :-D You could phone the folks in public relations office at the airport. If they don't seem to want to help you, its still worth giving them a friendly, "call."
