There is less demand for it. The 5-pin male to dual 3-pin female Y cable would be commonly used by people with mics that have a 5-pin stereo output (Rode NT4, AudioTechnica AT825, Royer SF12/SF24, etc.) and need to separate it into two separate channels. But few people would need to go the other way, unless they wish to use their 5-pin cable for standard two-channel use as well (as I do). - Greg Simmons |
