Nathan, I have had luck recently by placing the electronic component inside a nylon stocking and placing the whole thing in a paper shopping bag of uncooked rice over night. Unfortunately I have had "damp" electronics twice recently but this seems= to have "bailed" me out both times (pun intended). The only drawback I could find might be some dust but that is why I used th= e stocking. Besides if you are careful dust won't be that big of a factor. Good luck, J. Young |
