> Most of the bird noise in the background is being made by American Robins. A > Gray Catbird seems to be present, also, in addition to a short call from a Wood Duck. The higher pitched calls are probably from a Song Sparrow, although they aren't making much noise. Yes! I think a Gray Catbird is indeed present. I am pretty sure it was nesting at the pool and have a recording of its rambling song taken the following morning. Always wondered what that bird was. Thanks for those IDs! |
