Bias Peak is a great 2-track editor. Version 6 is available now, and
there are Pro and LE versions. Peak is an amazing program.

I hear good things about Mac DSP Quattro too - I looked at it, but
never worked with it much.  And honestly, Audacity is pretty good
too, and it's free. You can get demos of all the programs for free, too.
