It's a complete DAW which can be bought alone (around $100) or bundled with some Mackie's hardware (I got it for free with a $150 USB sound card). I've tried many DAW on my Mac, and I think Tracktion is my favorite (I do mainly radio documentaries editing). Well, I prefer Samplitude over all and without any doubt, but it doesn't run under MacOS alas=A0!
