i won't keep harping on about it but you should seriously take a look
at wave editor. i personally prefer it to peak or spark. it's pretty
reasonably priced @ $US250.
some of the guys were talking about pro-tools featuring non-
destructive fades etc. WE does that too for example...  it is an
extremely neat bit of software.
