i bought a 10-14-88 pack a few months ago and didn't have any problems. BG posted quickly and supplied tracking number etc and I received the pack here in .au in about 7 days. The battery has worked flawlessly and I haven't had any cause to contact them, so I can't comment on what their customer support is like.
