Michael,
I will second everything that Aaron said, I have had a pair of the DPA
4060s for several years. I find them to be perfect for recording in
quiet environments in a stealthy and compact manner. I tend to use
them for urban soundscape and work in places that a zeppelin would be
disturbing. There are some examples using the 4060s on my website.
Though one example is noted as a 4061, it is actually a 4060.

I typically take a black baseball cap that I clip the mics to the side
of, above my ears (hence "quasi binaural"). Then run the cables back
through the band at the back of the hat. The black hat somewhat masks
the mic cable and fuzzy windscreens that are on the mics, though
nobody ever asks about the fuzzy balls at the side of my head.
