Weatherproof recording gear is expensive. Get creative and devise weatherproof enclosures for inexpensive gear. The most common is large 2 gallon Ziplock bags left opened for sound and at the same time shielding the gear from rain, sleet and snow. Use large bags to allow circulation of air to prevent blocked ventilation and condensation. Ted |
