In the short time I've been a member of this group, I've learned a lot
from all of you about technical and non-technical subjects. And, I'm
grateful to everyone who has shared what they know. But, what I've
treasured the most are the sounds you've shared in your recordings
because I so rarely hear such sounds anymore. And, until I heard your
recordings, I didn't realize how much I've missed hearing clear sounds
of nature and their accompanying sounds of silence. Listening to your
recordings, I feel myself relax, and I imagine that I'm in a time and
space of calm, peace, and tranquility--untouched by man.
Warmly,
Roger
