Another idea (I did and is successful) is to buy something like the Sony E4= c <http://tinyurl.com/2oqmwa> http://tinyurl.com/2oqmwa And take them into an Audiologist (hearing aid specialist) to fit you with = a mould for the earbuds. Great way of keeping the buds from falling down your shirt.
