Hi Greg --

Thanks for the reply.  No, I'm not talking about cable noise, which I do of 
course 
understand is a whole 'nother issue.  I'm talking about not even moving my 
hand, and still 
hearing the low rush of the non-mechanical nature of my grip.  

Your tiny Schoeps setup would be great; I wonder if it might be easier to 
suspend/isolate 
as well than the 'regular' mics.  Does anyone have experience using the 
full-sized Colette 
mics in a suspended MS setup, or in any other handheld setup?
