Yes lets hope the new tascam dosent have phantom issues. You say there is no problem with the MK20 though .Surely some more tests on other mics would be usefull perhaps more MKH series. The Me 62 is a budget mic and thus could have issues. I have used one and had noise purely when using the internal battery. I would imagine they would use a similar design to the PD4 and PD6 for their preamps. dave |
