Hi Klas,

I am afraid the problem is still there and has not been fixed. I
received the mic back from you the other day and in field use today
the same excessive noise was there on startup of the Fostex FR2
and "disappeared" after about 10-15 minutes with an audible click,
whereby the self noise was tolerable, and I would presumme normal
for a Telinga.

It is exactly as before, and as per the sound sample I sent you in
Nov. The noise really is quite bad and is certainly evident on the
recordings unfortunately.

Help !

Lindsay
