Just occasionally, at most a very few times a hour. Also, they will be located in a pool of water when they call, not on land. And, being territorial they will be spread out. If you want a idea of what their day call sounds like listen to the first few individual calls on the ID clip on my webpage: http://wwknapp.home.mindspring.com/docs/bronze.green.frog.html Those were recorded at night, but the day is basically the same but quieter. They would at least be a appropriate frog to be found in the Jamestown area. Walt |
