I think one thing worth doing is to remove the foams when not in
use.
I'll also be prepared with dessicant treatments when/if it
happens again.
If this problem reappears, I'll post the details. Hopefully it
was a fluke.
Actually, I love my Fluke. Best DMM I've ever had.

I've had 2 or 3 condenser mics take direct rain to the point

stopped functioning-- they were basically soaked. I was told to
