Hi Guys, With true 24 bit recording (and the preamps to match it) like with my 722, I'm hard pressed to really worry about leaving too much headroom. But even in a 16bit world the nice and samrt engineers thought of this great idea: limiting, and some limiters sound pretty good, maybe not as good as a properly gained coyote, but you might still get a decent one. Ah well. Anton |
