Ed,
the 'extra' noise spec seems to represent a different noise
specification. I believe the first is the most commonly used, being
that it is lower, and I think that it is referred to as A weighted.
I don't know what the extra sensitivity spec refers to.
my guess, purely from reading the spec is that as the output increases
the freq response deviates from flat, i.e. +/- 1 db.
others will know for certain, I'm sure.
