Does anyone know, for sure, that the buyer is really 100% protected
by the credit card or Paypal's special guarantees-- like no questions
asked, 100% guaranteed?  The only legal power I ended up with after 6
mos of asking/folowing rules when I was burned was going to small
claims court in another state.

The $1900 mkh-800 winner looked like he could be an used audio gear
