Audition has some pretty good phase manipulation tools. The easiest to work with is the "graphic phase shifter" that lets you shift phase on specific frequency bands. It is kinda like a parametric eq for phase. There is also the "sweeping phase shifter" under delay effects that is more of a music tool for specific instraments (ie add a wah wah).
