I find your comments interesting and worth experimentation once I am a
bit more set up for it and we have the time. I favor omni's and I
favor speakers. To me a card by definition is thin off axis and the
idea that it could be fuller than an omni in some application is
interesting. I look forward to a dual of techniques that would
convince me to consider card's. My guess on the outcome is probably
based more on recording preferences and kits than in mic patterns but
I will be open to the concept.
