Another quirk of the Sony DAT 12bit 32kHz LongPlay record mode, is that the Absolute Time data is no longer real time. Playing back a 12 bit LP recording, the Abs Time display advances at half speed. So having access to that particular bit of subcode may be a mixed blessing! ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
