AFAIK the mix pre from sound devices will decode m/s in the
headphones? The other option is to
make up a decoderbox using the headphones or line out , all you need
to do is M to l/r and S to l/r with the left channel out of phase.
I'm sure you could find a kit from radio shack that could be modified?
