Hello, I am new to this group and am looking to purchase my first recorder. I attended Cornell's Natural Sounds workshop in the Sierra Nevada last spring. I intend to try to record warblers and thrushes in Connecticut. Would you recommend the Sony MZ-RH10 as a reasonable first recorder? I intend to match this with a Talinga parabola and Sennheiser ME62 mic. Any advice you may offer would be appreciated.
