Hi all, Steve Cox wrote: > If the HD-P2 doesn't introduce any more noise in their preamps it looks a= s if I'll have some quiet recordings. I am also curious about this. Seems like the HD-P2 could be a good midway point between the MicroTrack (which I can afford but I'm wary of) and the SD-722 (which I cannot afford but wish I could!). Anybody checked the spec or tested one out yet? Key issues, of course, would be preamp noise, ruggedness (shock, humidity, etc) and usability--in that order AFAIAC. http://www.tascam.com/Products/hdp2.html best, d. -- derek holzer ::: http://www.umatic.nl ---Oblique Strategy # 137: "Repetition is a form of change" ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
