    The question before us is to determine just what detrimental conduct

Perhaps we could start by archiving all the personal experiences we can;
maybe all we can hope for is a consensus based on these anecdotes, or we
could simply make this archive available and let others draw their own
conclusions. OTOH, if someone wants to do a literature search, we could
add some real science to the mix. From there we might be able to forge a
useful document.
