With a question and answer kind of interview, each voice can be
directly on mic and mixed later - this works very well. But that is the
only way this arrangement would work.
If I did interviews a flashmic would be just the ticket...
I still say the mics should unplug and reveal XLRS underneath. Can you
imagine trying to read those meters with the machine in the place where
only the mics should be, like at the top of a ten foot stand at a
concert? Hah!
