I agree the resonance is owl-like and that the register is higher
than most owl's, moving closer to a coyote's. Its hard for me to get
a sense of the relative volume of the call and clues about the size
of the animal with the filtering in effect. Any idea as to the source
of what sounds like a pre-echo?  Rob D.
