Tim, Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to pass your recording unit on to an interested child who might be able learn to enjoy the pleasures we enjoy as nature recordists. Perhaps a local Police Athletic League, Boy Scout Troop, or Big Brothers (Sisters) could refer you to a young person with these interests. The satisfaction you might enjoy would certainly be worth more than the few dollars gleaned from the sale of your equipment. I recently had the opportunity to donate a minidisc recorder to a group of conservationists and found this small gift most rewarding. My 2 cents. Enjoy, J. Young |
