 Yes, recording from the remote and levels of each channel are represented 
in a larger than average display size on the RH10. 
  One more advantageous feature for nature recording is that there is an 
auxiliary AA battery pack that attaches to the RH10, that comes in handy 
when the rechargeable gum-stick gives out. The gum-stick recharges via usb.
