At present I'm using a Sony MZ- N1 and been thinking of getting a new
generation, looking at
MZ NH900
MZ NH1
MZ RH10
I know Sony is a real pain with several aspects that is found in MZ- N1
and assume to be continued in the later models such as only one chance
of transferring recordings to the PC, many settings are default which
requires constant visiting to the menu eg changing to manual recording
volume. Despite this to able to recording in uncompressed sound, sounds
attractive.
Most what I have read are from forums whos members are preoccupied with
appearance and playing MP3. This forum has regular commented on the
quality of the pre-amps.
I have gathered that several members use the above models. What are
their experience with them in the field and what do they believe are the
pro and cons of these models.
