or what??>>>>
I took with me a DSM 6S from Sonic Studios
http://www.sonicstudios.com/dsm.htm
It's the best mic for sneaking into concerts :)
I was attracted to the Sony M100 because of obviously being able to record
.wav and the convenience of the recorder, 1 AAA battery will last the
duration of the 1 gig disk easy.
I will try more rigorous tests with better mics later on, I was impressed
with the recordings from the outdoor arena.(I think Tom Petty is crap thoug=
h
:(
(sorry Tom Petty lovers.....)
I do not yet know how the recorders pre-amps will hold up to a much quieter
environment and I'm anxious to find out.
I use primarily my Sound Devices 722 so I have to think differently but I'm
hoping this recorder will be good for leaving out in woods ETC: to record
owls.
Yes, it=92s a bummer that it will only transfer once so you had better make
sure the first time!!
What the hell does Sony think they are doing?
