 when in japan last year, i was amazed at how quiet the cars were. i was
walking by about 40 or 50 taxis idling in downtown Fukuoka late at night an=

it was almost dead quiet. not sure if their was some frequency cancellation=

going on, but it was spooky how quiet it was.
