This is MacOS gratuitiously adding an icon file to the "disk" that you moun=
ted.
It plaugues camera and audio flash cards that get mounted as a mass storage
device.  Look for a utilility called iClean, that will remove the extra fil=
es
as part of unmounting/ejecting the device.
