The only free software that I know is "old bird's".
For bats you would need to shift the high sample rate to a lower one
first as his software handles lower sample rates only. May I suggest
a "convert sample rate to maybe 1/16th" and then try his software.

Otherwise I kind of recall Steve P. of this group working toward this
end as well.
