is the Shure A27m which can be purchased from:
http://www.micsupply.com/standaccessories.htm
where there are also a number of other mic bars, positioners, and widgets.

Musician's Friend has the On-Stage MY700 stereo bar:

I haven't used that one, but I've used a number of similar ones.
