Underwater playback/speakers?

Here's a weird one...

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an inexpensive underwater playback
speaker [system]? Portable and self-powered are the key.

Range, quality, durability, etc. are all secondary; I need something that
will work at least once at one atmosphere or less...

Also, is the Dolphin still the entry-level hydrophone of choice?

 thanks,
  aaron
