<Do not neglect UK, or all the rest of Europe in your search. There
appear to be far more over there who appreciate the MKH mics than here.
Several of my mics came from Europe, including one MKH-30 that came all
the way from Moscow. That was a interesting ebay transaction. And the
mic is still running just fine>
I bought them in Europe firstly Walt, a bargain 2 for $1300 off a guy in
Gloucester, England. I still can not find the bugger (mic) I have ripped th=

house apart and I am now feeling it is gone :(
I agree with you that we Europeans appreciate the mkh series mics more than
in the USA. At the time I bought them though, the dollar was more favorable
to the British pound! I got my MKH-30 in Germany, MKH-40 here in the states
and MKH-70 in Scotland..... Go figure! Maybe the American's like to hang
onto them more than us?
