Dan Dugan might be the expert on this, but referring  to  past 
discussions between Dan and Rob -

- and assuming the 93s are wired similarly to the 183s, hot 
connects to pin two (the bottom pin with the red wire), and shield 
connects to pins 1,3 and 4 together.  
I hope to try it myself as soon as get all the parts.
